We are focused on development and optimisation within the insurance industry. In addition, we have significant experience in advising on cross-border insurance business, branch related M & A transactions and the handling of substantial compensation claims on behalf of, for example, international insurers. One of our key competencies is our substantial experience in conducting litigation proceedings and arbitration cases. Our lawyers conduct a significant number of cases before the ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals, for example, the Danish High Court and the Danish Supreme Court.
