General Public Law
Challenges and requirements
Public authorities are faced with a variety of challenges. However, common to them all is the need to effectivise, to provide quality services and to implement imposed cutbacks. Accordingly, there is a demand for the better employment of resources and the creation of added legal value. Moreover, in the aftermath of the reform of the Danish local councils in 2007, many public authorities have experienced a need for specialised legal advice.
