Challenges and requirements

Developments in technology have resulted in an increasing diffusion and use of digital media, not least as regards purchases via such media. This is the case as regards, e.g. downloads of music and games via the internet, online news delivery and video on demand. The risk of unlawful exploitation increases concurrently, potentially resulting in losses to producers, publishers and contributory artists. We experience, therefore, an increasing need for legal advice concerning the protection of rights.

How we can help

We have key competencies with respect to all aspects of the media and entertainment industry. Not alone have we a thorough insight in to the commercial challenges and competition issues facing the industry, we also have an in-depth understanding of the more technical aspects of the industry, e.g. as regards film production.
