Challenges and requirements
The greater part of Danish legislation originates from EU legal initiatives. General EU law has, therefore, a large influence on a number of legal issues. This is the case, in particular, as regards the EC Treaty's rules concerning the free movement of goods, services, capital and the establishment of businesses. This understanding is of great importance for a thorough knowledge, and the correct employment, of such rules and to ensure manoeuvrability within the EU system.
