German-Danish legal matters

Challenges and requirements

Germany is Europe's largest economy and Denmark's most important export market. It has emerged stronger from the financial crisis and the German real estate market has proven to be most stabile with good investment opportunities. Both Danish and German companies face a number of challenges, among others, conducting business in new jurisdictions with different legal systems and cultures, as well as linguistic challenges. Our clients require country specific legal expertise and sparring partners which add genuine value to their commercial undertakings.
