Challenges and requirements
The number of Danes with substantial wealth is increasing. At the same time, the mobility of persons is considerable and people moving from country to country, whether due to personal or work related reasons, is commonplace. The number of international marriages is also significant, and people frequently have family assets in a number of jurisdictions. In Denmark, many relationships end and new ones are established, which results in a large amount of families with children from different relationships. Cases which involve considerable fortunes and/or children from different relationships, in the circumstances of a death or divorce, give rise to particular legal issues, both economically and personally.
How we can help

In addition, we are authorised administrators and can, therefore, ensure a professional and effective treatment of each estate, whether it concern the estate of a deceased person or the division of matrimonial property.
