How can we help?
Our transport and insurance team has extensive experience in advising transport companies, merchants and their insurers on the most appropriate delimitation of their individual responsibilities allowing them to properly assess their own risks.

We cooperate with leading international transport lawyers and, as a result, we are able to offer you expert legal advice, no matter where in the world a conflict may arise.

Common challenges
The transport of cargo, be it by land, sea or air, is often a complicated and intricate procedure involving many different players. As cargo is often transported across borders, the tasks are subject to regulation based on international conventions.

Timely and safe delivery is paramount to cargo owners and carriers, and the risk of conflict is inherent whenever cargo is being transported. This risk of conflict calls for a clear delimitation of the tasks and responsibilities undertaken by the individual players.
