How can we help?
The world faces climate changes which must be combated. Current solutions have resulted in complex national legislation and international agreements and an increasing focus on climate strategies among businesses and municipalities.

We advise public authorities and private businesses on CO2 storage, the trading of CO2 quotas and climate regulations in Denmark and abroad. This includes advice on the legal framework governing these areas and the interplay between the various climate regulations.

We are experts on the legal aspects of the setting up, operating and transferring climate funds, businesses and installations as well as corporate responsibility, green technologies and the feasibility of municipalities implementing climate initiatives and energy efficiency measures.

We have set up numerous climate funds and have extensive experience in advising on standard agreements drafted by the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET), the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA).

We participate in Danish and international climate networks, such as the Danish Wind Industry Association and the Danish Association for Energy Law.
