Bech-Bruun is a partnership.

The partners make up the firm’s supreme governing body. Our partners appoint an Executive Committee to be in charge of the overall and strategic management. The Executive Board elects a Managing Partner who oversees the firm’s day-to-day professional and administrative management in cooperation with the Executive Committee.

Bech-Bruun has 75 partners and around 550 employees, including 275 fee earners and 45 case administrators.

The firm is organised into 11 practice groups, which are supported by staff functions grouped under the name of Development & Service.
