Udfordringer på området
Gennem de seneste årtier er arbejdsmarkedet blevet stadig mere reguleret, og lovgivningen er i dag kompleks og omfattende. Dertil kommer, at mange danske virksomheder er omfattet af kollektive overenskomster, som gør det vanskeligt at få overblik over, hvilke regler der gælder i hvilke situationer.

Mange virksomheder er også udfordret af, at flere og flere ansættelsesforhold har tværnationale dimensioner på grund af arbejdsmarkedets internationalisering.

Notable practitioners  

The "very skilled" Morten Ulrich is a respected employment law litigator. He is experienced in matters concerning public labour law, collective bargaining, equal treatment and non-discrimination.

Bjarke Vejby recently assisted the Danish Court Functionary Union with negotiations related to the 2015-2018 collective bargaining agreement with the Danish Royal Family.
