Udfordringer på området
Gennem de seneste årtier er arbejdsmarkedet blevet stadig mere reguleret, og lovgivningen er i dag kompleks og omfattende. Dertil kommer, at mange danske virksomheder er omfattet af kollektive overenskomster, som gør det vanskeligt at få overblik over, hvilke regler der gælder i hvilke situationer.

Mange virksomheder er også udfordret af, at flere og flere ansættelsesforhold har tværnationale dimensioner på grund af arbejdsmarkedets internationalisering.

Lise Lauridsen is widely respected by sources and marked out as a "real leader" in the team. She assists clients with litigation, restructuring of company management and incentive schemes. She recently represented the Motion Pictures Licensing Company in a dispute with its former CEO, who alleged wrongful termination of his employment without notice.
